Johann Jacobs has more than 30 years experience in the resource sector where he has managed established companies and acquisitions, expansions or start-up mining operations in Australia, South Africa and Indonesia. His more recent roles have included Chairman of IMX Resources, Managing Director of the ASX-listed coal producer CIM Resources Ltd. In addition, he holds various directorships in private resource focused companies active in Australia and Internationally.

Matthew Gauci

Matt Gauci has a BSc. And an MBA from the University of Western Australia and more than 15 years broad resources experience. Prior to the appointment of Managing Director with Uranex, Matt was a Director and Management Consultant with a number of Mining Exploration companies involved in the exploration, development, financing and mining of Uranium, Iron Ore, Coal and Gold across Australia and Africa.
Matt was a founding member of the Australian Uranium Association, has lectured at the WA School of Mines and consulted to the Centre for Entrepreneurial Management and Innovation on the development and financing of various Mining exploration technologies.

Stephen Hunt

Stephen Hunt has more than 25 years experience in the marketing of steel and mineral products worldwide. His carreer includes 15 years at BHP Billiton Ltd. whereby he spent 5 years in the London office marketing minerals to European and Middle Eastern customers. More recently Stephen has built on his extensive network and developed his own minerals trading company, Standout Enterprises Ltd, which has a strong Chinese focus. In addition, Stephen has been a director of Australian Zircon and is currently a Non-Executive Director of IMX Resources Limited.

Frank Poullas has spent the last 15 years working in the investment banking and engineering sectors. In his personal capacity is a professional investor specialising in the uranium sector. For over 10 years he has been involved in various ventures increasing shareholder value in the uranium sector.

John was appointed as Company Secretary on 28 May 2008. He has in excess of 30 years experience in accounting and finance in a broad range of industries including 19 years in resource related companies. He has previously held the position of Secretary for several publicly listed companies.
